What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. We ship with USPS to addresses in the United States.

When it ships

We print, program and test every keychain here in South Carolina. Most orders go out the next business day. If your order has packs in more than one color, it can take an extra business day, since each color prints as its own batch.

Once it's in the mail, USPS usually takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver it.

Where we ship

United States only for now.

Lost or damaged packages

If a keychain shows up broken, email contact@keychainreaction.com with your order number and a photo and we'll send a new one for free. If a package seems lost, email us and we'll track it down with you. For refunds, see our refund and replacement policy.
