Google review link generator
Paste your Place ID or the review link Google gave you. You'll get a link that opens your review form directly, a QR code for it, and a quick check that it's the right kind of link.
Don't know your Place ID? Use one of the two methods below.
Print it on receipts, invoices or a counter sign. Test it with your own phone before you print a stack.
Download PNGWant people to tap instead of scan? We'll put this link on a keychain with your logo, and you can change where it points later.

This is Google's own way to do it, and it's the one we'd use first. You need to be signed in with the Google account that manages your business.
- Go to your Business Profile (search your business name on Google while signed in, or open business.google.com).
- Select Read reviews, then Get more reviews.
- Select Copy to copy the link. Paste it above if you want a QR code or want to check it.
Google's help page says the reviews QR code can only be made on a computer browser, not on a phone. If you're on your phone, copy the link and make the QR code here instead.
Method 2: use your Place ID
Every business on Google Maps has a Place ID, a long code that usually starts with ChIJ.
Google's Place ID Finder
shows it: type your business name, pick it from the list, and copy the ID from the map pin. Paste it above and
we'll turn it into a review link that looks like this:
https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=YOUR_PLACE_ID
Anyone who opens it lands on your business with the star rating and review box already open.
Which links open the review form
| Link looks like | What it opens |
|---|---|
g.page/r/…/review | Your review form. This is the link from Method 1. |
search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=… | Your review form. This is the link from Method 2. |
maps.app.goo.gl/… | Your profile on Maps. People still have to find the review button. |
google.com/maps/place/… | Your profile on Maps, same problem. |
If a customer has to hunt for the review button, a lot of them won't bother. That's the whole reason to use the direct link. For more on getting people to actually use it, read how to ask customers for Google reviews.
Questions
Does the link ever change?
The Place ID version stays the same as long as your listing does. Google does say Place IDs can change over time, so if a link that used to work stops opening your form, get a fresh one.
Can I send this link to every customer?
Yes, and you should send it to every customer, not just the ones you think liked you. Google's rules don't allow asking only happy customers or offering anything in return for a review. Here's what's allowed.
Is this tool connected to my Google account?
No. It builds the link in your browser. The QR code image is drawn on our server from that link, and we don't save the link anywhere.
