Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

The service

Keychain Reaction sells custom 3D-printed NFC keychains programmed with links we host, plus a dashboard (Free with every order, with one link you can change anytime; Pro as a monthly subscription, with as many links as you want and tap stats). By ordering or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the logo you upload and the destinations you link to. Keychain links must not point to anything illegal, deceptive, or malicious (malware, phishing, etc.). We may pause redirects that do. That's the only situation in which we'd ever touch where your keychains point.

Orders & shipping

Keychains are made to order. We typically print and ship the next business day via USPS, with free shipping. Orders that include more than one color may take an additional business day, since each color is printed as its own batch. Keychain orders carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, and broken keychains are replaced free. Keychain chips ship unlocked; reprogramming a chip yourself voids support and free replacement for that keychain. See the Refund & Replacement Policy.

Pro subscription

Pro bills monthly via Stripe until canceled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle and must happen before the next cycle begins to avoid its charge. Downgrading never disables your keychains; links keep redirecting on every plan. On Free you keep one link you can edit; your other links keep opening where they point, and you can edit them again if you return to Pro. Free doesn't show tap stats.

The dashboard

Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. We work hard to keep tap analytics (a Pro feature) accurate but provide them "as is". Counts can be affected by network conditions, bots, or device behavior outside our control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions? contact@keychainreaction.com.
