Behind the keychains
Made by an owner, for owners.
This started with complaints I kept hearing from customers. The first time I used these keychains, I gave them out as gifts to my BNI (Business Network International) chapter. Every one had that business's logo on it and was programmed to their website or Facebook page.
To show how they worked, I passed around my own keychain, set up to open my Google Business Profile. That one demonstration got me 16 five-star reviews from people I'd worked with before who had just never remembered to leave one. An easy reminder was all it took.
Afterward, people started coming up to me: "We need five for our staff, programmed to this." "We need twenty, half going here and half going there." That's when I knew I was onto something.

FAQ
Common questions
How fast will I get my keychains?
Fast. We 3D-print and assemble in-house, and typically ship the next business day via USPS. Shipping is free for everyone. Ordering more than one color? That may add a business day, since each color is printed as its own batch.
Do my customers need an app?
No. iPhones from the XS on, and most Android phones with NFC turned on, read the keychain by themselves. The customer holds it to the phone and the link opens in the browser. Older iPhones (7 to X) need one setting; our guide on which phones read NFC tags covers it.
What kind of logo prints best?
Bold and simple. We print your logo as a raised shape in the same color as the keychain, inside a circle on its face. Thin lines, fine detail and small text don't come through. A big, simple mark like an icon or monogram looks great, and you'll see a preview as soon as you upload.
How does it get me more Google reviews?
Timing. The easiest time to ask is when the job is finished and the customer is still standing there, not in a text they'll get to later (or never). The keychain makes that ask a single tap. Ask every customer, not only the ones you think loved it: that's Google's rule, and it's how you end up with reviews people trust. The stars are up to your work.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
Then you get your money back. Every order comes with a 30-day guarantee: if the keychains haven't lifted your reviews within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll refund the order in full. There's no form to fill out and nothing to ship back.
How do I see which employees are performing?
That's a Pro feature. In the builder, give each keychain its own link and name it after a team member. They all open the same review page, and with Pro your dashboard shows taps per person on a team leaderboard.
Can I change where a keychain points later?
Yes, on any plan. Your keychains point at a link we host for you, so you change where it goes from your dashboard. New booking page, a seasonal promo, a change of heart: the keychains you've already handed out follow the new link right away, and nothing gets reprinted.
What if I have a big team?
A pack is 4 to 24 keychains in one color with one logo. Need more, or a second color? Add another pack. On Free, every keychain opens your one link. Pro gives you as many links as you want, so everyone on the team can have their own and you can see their taps.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your keychains keep working. You keep one link you can edit on Free. Your other links keep opening where they point now, and you can change them again if you come back to Pro. Free doesn't show tap stats.
