What happens when someone taps it
- They hold the keychain to their phone. On an iPhone that's the top edge; on most Android phones it's the middle of the back. No app.
- Your page opens. Usually your Google review form, but it can be any link: booking, payments, a menu, a quote form.
- The tap gets recorded. With Pro, your dashboard shows taps per keychain, so you can see which ones are actually getting used.

Before you order
How detailed can my logo be?
Keep it bold. The logo is printed as a raised shape in the same color as the keychain, so thin lines and small text disappear. A simple icon or two-letter monogram looks best. You'll see a preview in the builder before you pay.
Can I use different links on different keychains?
Yes, with Pro. On Free, every keychain opens your one link. With Pro, you decide in the builder how many keychains carry each link, up to four different links per pack, or give every keychain its own link, one per employee, and see who's handing them out. You can add Pro at checkout or later from your dashboard.
What if I want to change where they point?
Change it in your dashboard, on any plan. The keychains you've already handed out follow the new link right away, so nothing gets reprinted.
Is handing out a review keychain allowed by Google?
Asking customers for reviews is allowed. What Google doesn't allow is paying for reviews, offering discounts for them, or only asking the customers you expect to be happy. Our guide on asking for reviews covers Google's rules.
